Axes named Vn, VRn, Fn etc no linked to real hid joystic axes, as: accelerator, brakes, steering and rudder. What im may link this axes to MP?

Research direction

Start by comparing the 11 axes shown by gamepad-tester.com with the 7 available in Mission Planner using the Arduino Micro joystick described in the issue. No repository file or test is named, so locate Mission Planner's joystick input and axis-mapping entry point first. Done means the additional HID axes are available and correctly linked to the expected controls.
