Zoom to returns "Google Maps Geocoder can't find location"(*search key words*)" Reasons : "Unknown"

The Zoom to Feature in Plan>(right click)>Map tool>Zoom to did not work , I think it has to do with Google's "New" API billing policy,

Is threre any way to add private api key from UI ?
