"Drone ID" tab goes missing if you right-click->customize

#### Issue details
BUG - The "Drone ID" tab will disappear if the user attempts to modify the list of tabs along the bottom of the screen on the "Data" page.

Replication -
1. Select the "Data" page.
2. Find the "Drone ID" tab along the bottom.
3. Right click one of the tabs
4. Select "Customize"
5. Close the tabs customization window with all boxes checked (observe no box is available for the Drone ID tab)
6. Observe the "Drone ID" tab disappears until Mission Planner is restarted.

Reproduce the issue in Mission Planner by opening the Data page, right-clicking a bottom tab, selecting Customize, and closing the window with all boxes checked. Trace the Drone ID tab through that customization flow; done means the tab remains visible and can be managed consistently after customization.
