#### Issue details
The UI language can be specified in Mission Planner.
This allows the user to display in a language different from the system language.
I have set the system language to Japanese and the UI language to English.
The Japanese "リンク ステータス" is displayed in "ConnectionControl", which is a part of the Data screen of Mission Planner.
