partly displayed captions of button

On the tab Action ,the captions of button"change speed ""change alt ""set loiter rad" can't display well when the panel was resized.

Start in Mission Planner's Action tab and reproduce the issue by resizing the panel with the "change speed," "change alt," and "set loiter rad" buttons visible.
