Allow saving/reset of window layout

Some users like to pop-out the HUD or Quid screen but they always pop back to their default position when MP is restarted. It would be nice if the layout was restored when MP was restarted and maybe add a View menu somewhere that allowed saving/resetting this layout.

Start by locating the HUD and Quid screens in Mission Planner and trace how their window positions are initialized when the application restarts. Define how layout saving and resetting should work, including the proposed View menu, then verify that saved positions persist across restarts and reset to defaults when requested.
