Plan: 3 digit waypoint numbers can't be easily read because number appears outside of green marker

It would be nice if the waypoint number was centered on the green marker so that 3 digits could be seen clearly. Below is an example of how the number "126" can't be seen. Each waypoint just looks like "12" and this makes it hard in the field to figure out the actual waypoint number

Start by locating the waypoint marker rendering in Mission Planner and inspect how waypoint numbers are positioned relative to the green marker. Reproduce the issue with a three-digit waypoint such as 126, then verify that all digits are centered and readable within the marker.
