Terminal Tab Selection Auto Connect

Suggestion: When in the Terminal and a Tab is selected the script would auto connect to the APM instead of a separate motion.

Bug: When 'Disconnect' is selected the CLI is not showing that the Port closed. It mostly shows when opening or unable but, not when closed.

Request: When there is a MAV link RADIO port open can the Terminal tab discern that it is not to open THAT port?

Also, include access to the COM port connect/disconnect in the upper right of Terminal Tab as in other MP pages to eliminate switching back and forth. It may be cool to show off to an uninitiated an adeptness at clickety- clicking the app and flickering graphics/pages but, since we use this the added waste of time is - well, a waste. I'm not complaining simply requesting efficiency improvements now.

Start at the Mission Planner Terminal tab entry point and inspect how it currently handles APM connections, disconnects, RADIO ports, and COM-port controls. The issue names no files or tests; done would require the requested connection behavior, closed-port feedback, port selection, and upper-right connect/disconnect access to be defined and verified.
