Link Stats window could be displayed if user clicks on HUD's link percentage label

Instead of (or perhaps in addition to) using the "Stats.." label on the right near the Connect button, I think it would be more intuitive for users if the window was displayed if they click on the top-right of the HUD where the link percentage label is displayed.


By the way, while writing this issue I noticed that if I click on the "Stats.." label while the "Link Stats" window is already open it doesn't bring the window to the front. I think it would be helpful if it did because it's a small window that can get lost behind others.

Start by locating the Mission Planner HUD link-percentage label, the existing "Stats.." control, and the Link Stats window. Trace how each opens the window, then make the link-percentage area open it and ensure activating either control brings an already-open window to the front; verify both interactions in the desktop application.
