Cannot build MP

Could not compile MP by following the guide on https://ardupilot.org/dev/docs/building-mission-planner.html

No logs here, because it is a generic problem.
I tried my best for several days, but failed. 76 projects for such a small software it is too much. Multum dependencies to the different version of the .net framework and its components - it is killing. Whatever is described on the web page does not leads you to a success, because of the conflicts with an actual MS tooling. All these things complicates starting of the development or bugfixing so much.
Please update/actualize guides that describes a process from scratch.

Start by reviewing the Mission Planner build guide at ardupilot.org/dev/docs/building-mission-planner.html and reproducing its steps with current Microsoft tooling. Document the dependency and .NET framework requirements needed to build Mission Planner from scratch, and verify that the updated guide leads to a successful build.
