Description

#### Issue details
I can’t seem to send RC commands through my scripts, but have been able to connect to the drone just fine, can receive data from information from the drone in said scripts, and even successfully ran this code (with RC commands) on the same computer with a previous drone of the same model. Perhaps there’s a part of setup that I’m missing? Anyone know what it might be?

Thanks

Research direction

No source file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reproducing the scripting issue with Mission Planner 1.3.70, Copter V3.6, and the SkyViper Journey, then compare connection, telemetry, and RC-command behavior with the previously working drone; done means the cause is identified and scripted motor commands work or the missing setup is documented.
