Super simple flight planner GUI needed

Dear Michael,
I am a teacher from Germany and would like to thank you very much for your fantastic software Mission Planner. With my pupils, I used Mission Planner in planning multicopter missions to detect and save fawns in meadows by thermal imaging (see: http://save-the-kitz.org/wordpress/fotos-videos/)
In May and June, roe deer bear their fawns, which hide themselves in meadows until they are old enough to follow their mother. However, when farmers mow the grass, the flail mowers injure and kill thousands of them. Last year, we saved 96 fawns from being killed, which makes us very proud.
By now, we own three multicopter with thermal imaging, until next May we will construct three more. This means, our project urgently needs additional pilots to plan the missions and accompany our pupils. Our problem is that many of our volunteers have only rudimentary IT-skills and face immense problems (or are just afraid) to handle Mission Planner.
I would like to ask you if it would be very time-consuming/expensive to simplify the user interface of Mission Planner to the very few basic functions we really need for saving fawns. We urgently need a super simple flight planner GUI, only for pilots, creating search and rescue missions every time in the same simple (“foolproof”) way. We do not need any additional functions, only a drastically reduced user interface. Of course, it would be a pleasure for me to donate for your great project.
In the file attached, I tried to illustrate my ideas. It would be so great if you could help us in this concern!
