TLog, Extract Params stuck at "Getting Params"

Description
While attempting to extra parameters from this tlog the "Getting Params.." message box was displayed for over 10min without the parameter file being created. The tlog is not very large so not sure what's going on.

By the way, I was using the latest beta MP.
