InitialSetup/Compass: Remove "Enable compasses" checkbox

We've removed the MAG_ENABLE parameter from recent builds and it's a real edge condition that someone would want to disable compasses. It's such an edge case that we can remove it from this screen entirely I think because it just causes confusion.


Start at the InitialSetup/Compass screen and locate the UI definition for the “Enable compasses” checkbox. Remove the option and verify that the setup screen no longer presents it in a recent Mission Planner build; the issue provides no test file or named source path.
