Gps in mission planner/osd wrong, correct in radio

I have gps date coming out of pixhawk to my x12s vi telem2 show correct verified with cell data,
mission planner and osd data incorrect.

No source file, test, or log is named. Start by reproducing the GPS-date discrepancy with the reported Pixhawk, X12S, Mission Planner, and OSD setup, then trace where Mission Planner and OSD display the GPS date and compare it with the radio value. Done means both displays match the verified GPS date.
