MissionPlanner param description and options are old, update causes trouble

The params description in too much behind master. Many params has been added, or had more options that cannot be found on MissionPlanner.
The Param Gen option on testing screen, causes severe trouble, for example: it causes the flight modes to be read as "Unknown".
