Install Firmware page does not allow loading even though disconnected

Sometimes the Install Firmware screen informs the user that they cannot upload firmware and suggests they push the "Disconnect" button even though it's already disconnected.

I have occasionally seen this problems for a very long time actually.


By the way, switching to the "Flight Data" screen and then back to "Install Firmware" resolves the problem

Start by reproducing the issue on the Install Firmware screen while disconnected, then switch to Flight Data and back to compare the state. Trace the Disconnect prompt and firmware-upload enablement in the Install Firmware screen; done means a disconnected vehicle can load firmware without an incorrect Disconnect instruction.
