Description
It seems like only some of the range finder parameters are not visible. For example RNGFND2_ parameters are there but RNGFND1_ seems to be missing.
I think it may be an MP issue because the parameters are visible on our [wiki's full parameter list](http://ardupilot.org/copter/docs/parameters.html#rngfnd1-parameters).
I've tried doing the magical Ctrl-F paramgen thing but it didn't help.
I suspect it has something to do with the odd WSP parameters..

Research direction
Reproduce the missing descriptions in Mission Planner's parameter view, comparing RNGFND1_ entries with the visible RNGFND2_ entries and the wiki's full parameter list. Done means the affected RNGFND1, RNGFND5–9, and RNGFND A parameter descriptions are visible in the application.
