Description

#### Issue details
Mission Planner HUD Altitude Unit Display responds to wrong Configuration Planner page Unit selection.

When the Dist Units are selected to Feet or Meters, both the Distance and Altitude Units change to reflect the selection. The Distance Units should change only Distance and Altitude should respond to the Altitude Unit selection.

#### Version
Mission Planner 1.3.62 build 1.3.6917.15581

Research direction

Start in the Configuration Planner page and reproduce the HUD behavior by changing the Distance and Altitude Unit selections independently. Trace how those settings reach the Mission Planner HUD; done means distance labels follow only Distance Units and altitude labels follow only Altitude Units.
