Dataflash logs and TLOGS don't belong below the VFR HUD

Log viewing is not live flight data viewing. The buttons and features within these two tabs under the HUD should be somewhere else, probably their own dedicated main section called "LOGS" in the top bar. The rest of the tabs under the VFR HUD are all related to flight, but the log viewing tools are not.

Analyzing and viewing logs is an entirely different use that deserves its own main tab.

Start by locating the Dataflash logs and TLOGS tabs currently placed below the VFR HUD and map the related buttons and features. Done means log viewing is removed from the flight-related HUD tabs and organized in a dedicated top-level “LOGS” section, with the exact layout and scope agreed before implementation.
