ConfigFriendlyParamsAdv misses some advanced parameters

Issue details
trying to set LAND_FLARE_ parameters from advanced params tab i noticed they were missing, while LAND_PF_ params are shown correctly. then noticed quite a few others missing too like LAND_DS_group. seems like it's complete param subgroups missing. checked metadata.xml but those missing params' data LGTM. all params correctly presented in full tree / list.
on a sidenote tree / list don't show the increment info though, so it's nice to have the advanced tab for that.

Start at ConfigFriendlyParamsAdv and compare its advanced-parameter grouping with metadata.xml and the full tree/list, where LAND_FLARE_, LAND_PF_, and LAND_DS_group are present. Reproduce the issue in the Advanced Params tab on version 1.3.59 or later, then verify that the missing parameter subgroups appear while increment information remains available there.
