Map info refresh

I have noticed Mission Planner mostly uses the tiles for building the map from cache. This is good, when you are at the field, the map is still being displayed. But sometimes, Google issues new tiles and it would be nice to have an option to refresh.

For example, right click on the map, an option refresh comes up and when selected, it clears the cache and reloads all the tiles.
