rename "Force bootloader"

We're trying to clear up the naming of hardware vs software. On the Initial Setup >> Install firmware screen there is a "Force PX4 Bootloader" link on the bottom right. those middle 3 letters refer to software when I think using "Pixhawk" (which is hardware) would be more accurate. Perhaps those 3 letters could be completely removed although it may cause confusion with the ChibiOS-only-boards which also need bootloaders loaded but which can't be done using this link.


Start at Initial Setup >> Install firmware and inspect the bottom-right "Force PX4 Bootloader" link. Confirm the intended hardware-versus-software wording with the surrounding ChibiOS-only-board behavior; done means the link label is updated without implying unsupported bootloader installation.
