Cannot find DLL's while building with VS2017

I cannot build MP with VS2017

I use the guide and follow step by step but i can't do it successfully...

I try batch build again and again but no change and also i cannot add reference path as guided in developer guide.
The errors are attached..

Start with the developer guide's VS2017 build steps and review the attached error screenshot, focusing on the missing DLLs and the reference-path step. Reproduce the batch build in the reported setup and compare the result with the guide; done means Mission Planner builds successfully with VS2017.
