Overlapping Audio Cue

#### Issue details
Some audio cue overlap. Such as "Initializing APM", and "Bad GPS Health" are heard at the same time and during operations, "Heading to Way-point #" and "Battery ##Volt, ##%"

I did not encounter this issue with previous versions.

Start by reproducing the overlapping audio cues with MissionPlanner-1.3.55.msi, especially the initialization/GPS and waypoint/battery messages described in the report. Determine which operations trigger simultaneous playback; done means the reported cues no longer overlap during those operations.
