TECS data is missing in log browser

#### Issue details
For some reason I don't see the "TECS" category anymore in the Log Browser (DF logs). The TECS data is definitely in the log, as I can tell from mavlogdump.py and also by using the type filter in MP (3rd column), which does show me TECS lines.

Reproduce the missing TECS category in Mission Planner 1.3.52.0 using a Plane log from the reported QuadPlane setup. Compare the Log Browser output with mavlogdump.py and the MP type filter, then trace how TECS entries are discovered or filtered. Done means TECS appears as a category while retaining the existing log data and filtering behavior.
