Description
#### Issue details
Quick View indicators are very helpful and even critical for successful and safe UAV operation, but it's color now is not informative and may be even confusing (red or yellow color). Common sense of indicating values is to use green for normal value, yellow for edge/warning value range and red for forbidden/critical value range. It would be very helpful to have settings for Quick View indicators normal, warning and critical ranges for each of UAV state values.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by locating the Quick View indicator implementation in Mission Planner and determine how UAV state values currently select colors; the work is complete when normal, warning, and critical ranges can be configured for each relevant state value and the indicators use those ranges consistently.
