Description
#### Issue details

I'm trying MP SITL with X-Plane, when i try to run pre-built firmware,
after MP says Downloading sitl software
gives me this error, sorry about the korean(it says access denied).
I can't get SITL working due to Firmware binary is recognized as virus to my panda antivirus.
(Solved this with exclusion tho...)
**and main problem is that MP tries to connect TCP with X-Plane, so It cannot connect.**
**X-Plane requires UDP Connection sending 49002/49005 / Receiving 49000 **
** It used to work with old version of MP**
P.S should I necessarily point home in SITL? received data shows correct GPS Location in X-Plane.

Research direction
Reproduce the Mission Planner 1.3.45 SITL setup with X-Plane and inspect how the pre-built firmware connection is configured. Compare the reported TCP attempt with X-Plane's UDP requirements on ports 49000, 49002, and 49005; done means SITL connects successfully without the reported access-denied failure.
