Panels layout in flight data mode is not saved after swap

After using "swap panels" in primary flight display mouse right click menu PFD and Map panels swap places, When Mission Planner restarted panels have default layout. The problem appears because of when panels are swapped there's reason to change size of panels and after restart panels get new size but default placing and it can make Quick tab panel collapsed.

Reproduce the issue in Mission Planner by swapping the PFD and Map panels from the primary flight display's right-click menu, then restarting the application. Trace how the swapped placement and panel sizes are persisted, and verify that restarting preserves the layout without collapsing the Quick tab panel.
