Initial Setup / Mandatory Hardware should include ESC calibration and Motor Test

I've had a couple of support calls which have shown that some, even quite experienced, ardupilot users are not calibrating their ESCs. Here's a mock-up of a new "Mandatory Hardware" page for motor setup. I've called it "ESC Calibration" but it could be called "ESC / Motor". With this page we could remove the Optional Hardware / Motor Test page because it's functionality is moved to the new page.

Start by reviewing the linked ESC calibration and motor-range wiki pages and the supplied motor-setup mock-up. Locate the Initial Setup/Mandatory Hardware and Optional Hardware/Motor Test pages, then determine how their existing flows are organized. Done means the mandatory setup presents ESC calibration and motor testing together, with the old motor-test page no longer needed.
