Feature Request: Motor test tab like cleanflight\betaflight

I thought it would be good to see the section Motor test as it looks in cleanflight\betaflight configurators
It can be useful to determine min throttle, perfom pwm resolution tests, and more precison then current feature in which user can input only %throttle but not exatly pwm value.

The issue points to the existing Motor test section and includes a Cleanflight/Betaflight configurator screenshot; begin by locating Mission Planner’s motor-test UI and its current throttle control. Compare that entry point with the requested exact PWM input and clarify completion criteria with maintainers, since no file, test, or implementation path is named.
