[Plane][VTOL]Motor configuration X,H,Hexa,Octa selectable on the GUI of Mission Planner

I suggest that motor configuration should be selectable on the GUI of the Mission Planner insted of going on the full param list to do this.
With the GUI interface to select the airframe type (X,H,Hexa,Octa) this process can be more easy also for the beginner.

Start by locating the Mission Planner GUI for airframe selection and the full parameter list. Determine how X, H, Hexa, and Octa configurations are represented and identify the existing configuration flow to extend. Done means a user can select each motor configuration in the GUI without manually editing the full parameter list.
