uBlox GPS Management Module isn't picked up when built from source

Hi,

Wanted to play with AssistNOW.
Tried installing via pip, and cloning / building from source according to instructions.
Output of `python setup.py build install --user` is attached:

Seems that ublox module is skipped, hence can't be loaded.
Would appreciate any hints.
