Scrambled formatting of FTP get progress

It appears as though the formatting of FTP get progress is a bit muddled in my version of MAVProxy (1.8.45) running on Windows 10 (19044.1526). As it progresses it just keeps printing random text in red (see below). I installed MAVProxy through the Windows installer (not a custom build). Not essential for me that it's fixed, just thought I'd raise it :)


Begin by reproducing FTP get progress with the MAVProxy 1.8.45 Windows installer on Windows 10, using the reported screenshot as the reference for the scrambled output. The issue is complete when progress formatting renders consistently instead of printing random red text.
