Defaults for boards when selecting heli include multi copter frames and non compatibly flight modes.

When heli is selected for vehicle several modes are default selected that Heli usually can not use (probably never use I would think):
Turtle
Throw
Flip (maybe)

I'm not sure if those modes are even compatible with trad heli.

Additionally VTOL frame types are selected, for example:
Deca
Hexa
Octa
Y6

On the Matek H743 ALL VTOL frames are selected by default when doing a trad heli build.

I'm not sure if there is a situation where someone would want these things in a custom build but I don't think they should be default selected.

Reproduce a traditional heli custom build for the Matek H743 and inspect the default-selection logic for vehicle modes and frame types. Verify which modes and VTOL frames are being selected, then confirm that incompatible options are no longer selected by default while compatible heli options remain available.
