Operation Description / Emergency Status variation

On Android and the OpenDroneID app I can see the Emergency Status text and type correctly but on iOS and DroneScanner I get a series of numbers in Operation Description. Doesn't look like Hex but certainly something converted.

Is this a program side issue (seems like it) and has anyone else seen this?

Start by comparing the Operation Description and Emergency Status values produced for Android/OpenDroneID with those shown on iOS/DroneScanner. Trace the value through the RemoteID implementation to identify where the differing representation is introduced; done means the cause is confirmed and the behavior is corrected or clearly documented.
