Feature request: API returns all snapshots

This is hinted at here https://archive.org/help/wayback_api.php which says additional snapshots may be added in the future.
Since using the website normally already returns all snapshots, this should not be difficult.

Start with the linked Wayback API documentation and identify the API server entry point that currently returns snapshots. Compare its response with the website's all-snapshots behavior and define the expected response before changing it. Done means the API returns all available snapshots consistently with the documented behavior; no file or test is named in the issue.
