[Feature]: T650 compatibility

### Problem / motivation

I know it might be a bit niche, but I'm still using a Logitech T650, and the software it is supported in (SetPoint) hasn't been updated in years. it would also be nice if I had a single software for all devices connecting to the same reciever.

### Proposed solution

I would like to be able to change settings and support windows precision features like SetPoint.
