[Bug]: The vertical scroll bar is missing in the GUI's "Pointer" screen

1. Open "OpenLogi"
2. Click "Pointer"
3. Even though the overflow is hidden, the vertical scroll bar is missing

Reproduce the issue by opening OpenLogi and selecting the Pointer screen on Linux, then locate the Pointer screen entry point and its scrolling behavior. Confirm that content extending beyond the window has a visible vertical scrollbar; verify the result in the same screen and environment described in the report.
