Description
### Pre-flight checklist
- [x] I searched existing issues and the [Roadmap](https://github.com/AprilNEA/OpenLogi#roadmap), and this isn't already tracked.
### Problem / motivation
Logitech G Hub has a feature to write DPI Profiles into internal storage on the device. That is a must have for me.
G Hub is a mess, but I can not replace it until I find a software that has this ferature.
### Proposed solution
Implement the feature to write DPI profiles into internal storage of the mouse.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or implementation entry points; start by locating the GUI's device-configuration code and the existing HID++ DPI handling. Determine which Logitech devices and internal preset format are supported, then define completion criteria and tests for writing and verifying profiles.
