### Details

I can't find the equivalent of Scrolling Force from Logi Options+. It controls how hard it is to move the scroll wheel when ratcheting is enabled. I normally turn it up to 100% in Logi Options+ because I do not like the soft ratcheting of the default.

No source files or tests are named. Start by tracing existing MX Anywhere 3S support and scroll-ratcheting controls, using `openlogi list` and `openlogi diag features` to compare the device's capabilities. Done means exposing an equivalent Scrolling Force setting and verifying that it changes ratcheting resistance on the mouse.
