[Feature]: thumbwheel to horizontally move pointer

### Problem / motivation

i wanted this feature since forever
never ever i feel the need scroll left and right w thumbwheel
And as a trackball user, i would love to have thumbwheel to horizontally move the pointer so that it can minimize hand movement.
