### Problem / motivation

never ever i feel the need scroll left and right w thumbwheel

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by tracing the GUI and button-actions/remapping paths, then identify how thumbwheel input is represented and how pointer movement is dispatched. Done means a configurable thumbwheel option can move the pointer horizontally without disrupting existing remapping behavior.
