Button 12 does not work and does not show as a configurable button on either MX ergo or MX ergo S. It does show in BTT

Start by reproducing the issue with an MX Ergo S connected through a Logi Bolt receiver, then investigate the button and feature information reported by the `openlogi list` and `openlogi diag features` commands. The issue is done when button 12 appears as configurable for the device and works as expected.
