Description
### Pre-flight checklist
- [x] I searched existing issues and the [Roadmap](https://github.com/AprilNEA/OpenLogi#roadmap), and this isn't already tracked.
### Problem / motivation
### Summary
The official website mention (`openlogi.org/`) notes that an importer for Logitech Options+ settings is currently in progress. I wanted to open a tracking issue to follow its status and offer a central place for updates.
### Context
* **Current Behavior:** Users migrating from Logitech Options+ need to manually recreate button bindings, DPI settings, and gestures in `config.toml`.
### Proposed solution
* **Requested Feature:** A tool, CLI command, or automated utility to parse/import existing Options+ configuration files into OpenLogi format.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing config.toml format and the official website note about the Options+ importer. Then determine the relevant CLI and GUI entry points and what Options+ configuration samples are available. Done means the importer’s scope and supported settings are defined, with a clear path for testing migrated button bindings, DPI settings, and gestures.
