[Feature]: Not able to add Microsoft Teams Actions to mouse

### Problem / motivation

In Logitech Options +, you can map actions like Turn on/off Camera, Mute/Unmute Mic, etc, however there is no action available to add. I see the App but there are not specific actions tied to it.

### Proposed solution

Be able to use specific App or Specific App Profiles to have the dedicated actions

I am using a MX Ergo, not sure if that has anything to do with the issue but i have it setup fine in options +

Start by reviewing the GUI button-actions/remapping area and how application-specific behavior is represented; the issue names no files or tests. Done means a user can select Microsoft Teams actions such as camera and microphone toggles and assign them to mouse buttons through the GUI.
