[Bug]: mouse Invert Scroll Direction (inverse vs. natural) function cannot work correctly 鼠标滚动反向功能失灵

### What happened?

Unlike the #516 , this bug exists without a sleep of my device

I have set the `Invert Scroll Direction` function ON, but it can just work for a while (<< 1 min), then the Scroll Dirction will be back to Nature (the set in OpenLogi APP is still `ON`) and I need to switch the buttom again (set OFF and ON)

Besides, OpenLogi maynot detect my mouse (it says Device Unlink with bolt receiver, but bluetooth link exists), and the `point tuning` and `smartshift` mode maynot work unless a retry (very seldom phenomenon). I have no idea if these 2 phenomena have something to do with.

与 #516 不同，我这里无需设备进入沉睡就会触发该bug。

我设置了 `反向滚动`，但是这只能有效一小会（生效时间远小于1分钟），接下来滚动方向会恢复到 Mac 的`自然`方向（但是 OpenLogi APP 里面的设置仍然是反向，并非是开关被调整），除非我重新把这个 `反向滚动` 功能重新打开（先关后开）。

此外，APP 偶尔也无法检测到我的鼠标（bolt接收器连接情况下显示 `未连接到设备`，反而显示了蓝牙连接），另外 `指针调教` 和 `SmartShift` 模块很偶尔显示未获取到信息，不过我可以通过点击重试获取到。我不知道这些现象之间是否有关联。

It's my first time to use this APP, this bug just exists without any _STEPS_,
This phenomenon does appear when I keep the `Logi Options+` APP, but I have deleted the `Logi Options+` with `APP Cleaner` and restart my mac.
