Export News to the ÉTSMobile Calendar

Currently users cannot export news to their ÉTSMobile calendar (they only can in their personal calendar).

Implement a feature that allows users to export news directly to their ÉTSMobile calendar. This will help users manage their schedules more effectively and ensure they do not miss important events or deadlines related to the news.

An alternative considered was to manually enter the news information into the calendar. However, this is time-consuming and prone to errors. A direct export feature would provide a more seamless and user-friendly experience.
