Not able to generate a report for 7 controllers

Using config-assessment-tool to validate SaaS migration where apps from 6 on-prem controllers compared with apps on a SaaS controller to verify # of BTs, nodes, etc. The job failed. Job was run from source.

Reproduce the config-assessment-tool job from source using the six on-prem controllers and one SaaS controller described in the report. Start with the job failure output and identify why report generation stops; done means the comparison report is generated and includes the expected BT and node counts.
