Need to document that HA toolkit does not handle EUM and external events service

When failover happens, if there is EUM reporting to the controller EUM configuration files need to be manually updated to point to the new primary. Also if events service is external, few customers assume we replicate events service data as well to a secondary ES server. We need to document that HA toolkit does not handle this.
