Per http://appdynamics.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/172339, the CPM rollups need to have GROUP factor which isn't available.
Need to revisit the work on the rollups
Maybe need to get the hour chunks in a rollup=true form in addition to rollup=false, and parse those values out for the hourly chunks
